The wine has enticing aromas of cherry preserves, allspice and fragrances of the forest, while the mouth is seamless and silky with rich flavors of small red berries. Harvested by hand at night. Aged in French oak barrels, 40% new and 60% in twice/thrice filled. Bottled without fining or filtration.
